Kombucha is an ancient drink obtained through fermentation of a symbiotic colony of yeast and acetic acid bacteria — SCOBY. It is a depositary of healthful acids and trace nutrients. We made it possible to maintain their effect in commercial production.

HOW WE PRODUCE KOMBUCHA CONCENTRATE:
Step 1: cultivation of the SCOBY culture in a nutritious tea-sugar solution in special sterile conditions.

Step 2: preliminary and basic fermentation of the Kombucha beverage, enriching it with organic acids, microelements and vitamins.

Step 3: dealcoholization, filtration, and clarification of the Kombucha beverage, pasteurization.

Step 4: concentration of the Kombucha beverage.

Step 5: packaging and marking.

Our technologies allow you to produce Kombucha or kombucha-based food supplements, bypassing the time-consuming process of the SCOBY culture cultivation.

№ 3780 of 6 August, 2018 Kombucha concentrate, produced in accordance with the Company Standard 31 157 250−003−2015, meets the following requirements:

 — Customs Union Technical Regulations 022/2011 "Food Products in part of its Labeling"
 — Customs Union Technical Regulations 029/2012 "Safety Requirements of Food Additives, Flavorings and Processing Aids".

GUARANTEED QUALITY
On the basis of the test protocol № 3780 of 6 August, 2018 Kombucha concentrate, produced in accordance with the Company Standard 31 157 250−003−2015,
meets the following requirements:

OUR OFFER
We produce two types of Kombucha concentrate:

1) Concentrate with sugar. The ratio of the volume of concentrate to the volume of the Kombucha drink is 1: 7.5.

2) Concentrate without sugar. The ratio of the volume of concentrate to the volume of the Kombucha drink is 1: 15−20.

We supply the concentrate in plastic airtight containers. The shelf life of the concentrate is 12 months. The product is not afraid of freezing and defrosting. Volume of a minimum supply is 100 kg.

KOMBUCHA IN BUSINESS
Natural Kombucha is an exclusive tasty and healthy drink. It goes well with various flavor additives: extract of black, green, or white tea, hibiscus, bergamot, mint, lime, ginger, juice of berries and fruits.

Making a beverage out of our Kombucha concentrate takes a little time. The usual drink production and bottling line is suitable. Additionally, you can use an aerator, providing a greater degree of carbonation.

To produce Kombucha out of our concentrate in a restaurant business, you only need an aerator and sterile container.

Kombucha concentrate is also used as a healthy flavoring additive for other drinks and dietary supplements, giving them a unique taste and enhancing their beneficial values.

Under the supervision of a professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences Sotnikov V.A.our specialized enterprise LLC "Traditional and Original Beverages" was engaged in the development of industrial technology for Kombucha production. It took us 11 years to find the best solution.

In February 2012 our company produced the first batch of Kombucha based on black and green tea.
